Discover which widget brings the most value (without getting lost in data)

You want to know what works - not learn another dashboard. With a few clear questions and three simple measurements, you'll quickly see which widget or setting brings the most value to your site.

First, let's frame this: what do you want to achieve?

  • Faster first contact (shorter time-to-first-lead)?
  • More leads on a few key pages?
  • Better channel fit (WhatsApp vs. calling vs. short form)?

Only measure what helps you decide

Three measurements are enough to steer well:

  1. Leads per page - where does it happen? (products/services, pricing, contact)
  2. Channel for the lead - WhatsApp, calling or (short) form?
  3. Time-to-first-lead - does the first lead often come in the same day?

Track this for a week. A note or spreadsheet is enough.

From observation → adjustment → comparison

Use a fixed rhythm. One change at a time:

  • Observe (week 0): note your baseline on 3 most important pages.
  • Adjust (week 1): pick one channel per page. Leave the rest alone.
  • Compare (end of week 1): more leads or faster first lead? Continue. If not: week 2 only adjust copy, week 3 visibility, etc.

What you often see per page type

Products/Services

WhatsApp or short form often works easiest. A small FAQ helps with size/process.

Pricing

Direct contact in plain language ("Need help choosing?"). Keep it concrete and short.

Contact

Calling can be fastest. Outside hours: WhatsApp or callback request via short form.

Small hints that often help

  • Trigger text (subtle): "Unsure about size or delivery?" on product; "Not sure which package fits?" on pricing.
  • Copy in plain language: "Quick question? Text us." often works better than "Contact".
  • Calm: no auto-open. Let people consciously open.

What you can safely ignore (for now)

  • Miles of charts. You mainly need direction now, not perfection.
  • Ten metrics at once. Three is enough to steer.

Summary

Determine your goal, measure three things, change one thing per week. Within a month you'll see what works for your visitors - without getting lost in data.
