Blueprint: from page intent to module choice
Not every page has the same purpose. With this blueprint, you link the intent of a page to the right module(s). The result: less noise and more relevant leads.
Step 1 - Label your pages
Give each page one of these labels:
- Browsing (blog, category, about us)
- Considering (products/services, cases)
- Deciding (pricing, contact, shopping cart/checkout)
Step 2 - Link modules per label
Browsing
FAQ (gentle), video (brand/process), direct button to relevant guide. No pressure; provide direction.
Considering
WhatsApp for quick questions, short FAQ, direct button (size chart/shipping info), video (product/process).
Deciding
Reviews compact next to CTA, phone (mobile), short form for quote or callback request.
Step 3 - Set expectations in plain language
Short, concrete sentences work best. Only promise what you deliver. Use subtle trigger text where appropriate (e.g. "Unsure about size or delivery?").
Step 4 - Minimize instead of maximize
- Per page type 1-3 modules; more creates noise.
- Test without auto-open; let the visitor consciously open.
- Consistent styling, no flashy elements.
Examples (quick reference)
Webshop - Product: WhatsApp + FAQ + button "Size chart".
Webshop - Checkout: Reviews compact + mini-FAQ (delivery/returns).
Service business - Services: short form + FAQ (process) + video (30s "from request → delivery").
Physical store - Home: video (tour) + button "Plan visit" + FAQ (parking/opening hours).
Step 5 - Simple measurement
Look for one week at:
- Leads per label (browsing/considering/deciding)
- Channel for the lead (WhatsApp, call, form)
- Speed of first lead after a change
Make it easy for your team
Work with one "label" column in your page overview. New page? Gets a label immediately - then you automatically know which modules make sense.
