The right modules for each page type: video, directions/parking, stock questions, and a short route planner. Plus two micro-adjustments that often help.

Physical store or showroom: from website visitor to walk-in

If you have a store or showroom, you mainly want people to visit. Online, you can already remove many doubts: show how it looks, when it's quiet, and how someone can reach you most easily.

Below is a setup that works for stores and showrooms: a logical module selection per page type, plus a few small adjustments that make the difference during busy moments.

Homepage - lower the barrier

  • Video (20-40s): short tour or "how we help you in the store".
  • Direct button: "Plan showroom visit" or "View route & parking".
  • FAQ: opening hours, parking, accessibility, busiest times.

Product/collection - from browsing to visiting

  • WhatsApp: "Stock or size in store?" (quick question, fast answer).
  • Direct button: "See/feel this in the showroom" → planning page or info.
  • FAQ (mini): "Can I see this at [location]?", "Can I take it with me?"

Contact/planning page - clear and without clutter

  • Show phone number (mobile): "Want to coordinate directly? Call us".
  • Form (very short): name + contact + "When are you visiting?"
  • Video: "How to find us" (route/entrance in 15-20s).

Two micro-adjustments that often help

Opening hours aware

During opening hours: show phone and quick route buttons a bit more prominently. Outside hours: WhatsApp or form with "We'll respond tomorrow".

Weekend focus

Thursday/Friday make the widget a bit more visible (without pushing) with info about crowds/appointments. Monday back to standard.

Example combinations (compact)

Store/showroom home: Video + FAQ + Direct button "Plan visit".

Product/collection: WhatsApp for stock/size + button "View in showroom".

Planning page: Phone (mobile) + short form + brief route video.

What to focus on (first week)

  • Appointments/registrations via planning page or form.
  • Leads with store intent (questions about stock/location/opening hours).
  • Speed: do the first leads often come in the same day?

Typical pitfalls (and how to avoid them)

  • Too long explanations → Keep videos short; let the store mainly show.
  • Showing everything at once → Choose 1-3 modules per page that really help.
  • Phone outside hours → Set expectations or switch to WhatsApp/form.
